You will need to:
- Understand & speak proper English - how will you manage a forum if you don't understand what is written?
- Know how to edit/delete inappropriate posts & spam.
- Understand basic forum etiquette - you're suppose to be a role model.
- Be nice, helpful, & friendly - even if you have something against the person who needs your help.
- Not bug admins and GMs to view your application.
